About Kirsten Infinger, LCSW/LICSW

I am a compassionate psychotherapist with an eclectic approach and I specialize in a variety of therapeutic interventions including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With a trauma-informed approach, I help individuals navigate through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and addiction. I believe in uncovering your true self and being unapologetically authentic.

Couples/Relationship -I also provide intimate partner counseling and utilize Gottman Institute based interventions which will include a deep dive into your relationship through a variety of tools that are included in the cost of your session.

I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space to tackle the root causes of your distress, "crises" of the week (COWs) and progress towards where you want to be. As you can see, I believe in the connection between the past, present and future.

I am compassionate and personalize my approach to ensure a supportive and effective therapeutic experience. I would be honored to support you in uncovering your potential, removing barriers and providing a safe space above all

I am committed to supporting diverse populations and am an ally to the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC community. I have specialized training working with firefighters and other first responders through the 2nd Alarm Project. (You can find out more about 2nd Alarm and ways to support them by clicking here.)

In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with family, gaming, exploring the outdoors, working out, solving puzzles, practicing yoga, socializing, and staying informed about current affairs.
